Using both internal and external resources, we conduct routine and special reviews of our business practices to verify compliance with the Code, our policies and procedures, and the law. These checks on our business processes allow us to identify areas where we can make improvements and correct potential concerns to be sure we conduct business the right way.

We expect our suppliers, business partners and other third parties with whom we conduct business to meet the same high standards that we set for ourselves and adhere to behavior consistent with the spirit of the Code and to all applicable laws and regulations when working on behalf of AbbVie.
